To enrich employees' lives, strengthen team cohesion, and provide a moment of relaxation amidst busy work schedules, the company's Marketing Department meticulously planned a team-building event themed “Communication & Collaboration, Team Effort, Self-Transcendence, Creating Excellence Together!” On September 16th, the entire Lanmeng Bathroom Marketing Department temporarily set aside their hectic work, escaped the hustle and bustle, and journeyed through nature in pursuit of light, sweating it out together!
During the games, everyone was highly enthusiastic, quickly entering a “battle-ready” state. The passion of every participant ignited the group's vitality and positive energy. Amidst this lively atmosphere, colleagues gradually grew closer, and the team's cohesion steadily strengthened.
After a series of physically demanding activities and games, the team headed to the farm for some leisurely fun to unwind. A wilderness BBQ filled empty stomachs. Grills were set up, ingredients prepared, and as the flames danced, the sizzling sounds of cooking filled the air. With each “sizzle,” all fatigue vanished into thin air.
